Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

It’s another Kids in the Kitchen this week at the library. I absolutely love this program. It is a lot of fun and one of my most popular programs. I have two planned for the Summer Reading Program and I really hope to be able to have the program more often and start doing more difficult recipes.

For this Kids in the Kitchen they are decorating cupcakes and making their own chocolate frosting.

This is one of my favorite chocolate buttercream frosting recipes. It is very simple, and not time-consuming. I first used this recipe on the bacon chocolate cupcakes and loved it, and made it my go to. I hope you enjoy this frosting as much as I do!
